We are a community group based at Hornsea United Reformed Church, New Road, Hornsea, which is committed to tackling and trying to overcome isolation in our community. To do this we try toย support isolated individuals, to provide a pathway back into active community life and in so doing we seek to buildย healthier communities, for the benefit of all.
Living Well is a Healthy Living project run by Hornsea United Reformed Church.
